My in-laws recommended Culligan of Sioux Falls. The process was simple and easy. I called, got a call back, and set up a site meeting. The sales person walked me thru the options we had, talked about water quality in Sioux Falls and never pushed anything on me. I signed after conferring with my wife, and got a call to set up a time of install. The installer was terrific. He showed up when he said he would, recommended different plumbing scenarios to help accommodate us, and the install took exactly the time that was scheduled. We instantly saw the results, in the softness of the water and it continues to soften as stated. I would recommend Sioux Falls Culligan, any time, any place. Great company that shows up on time & has great customer service.

Junior came to my house in rural Garretson. He was on time and friendly. After testing our water, he set the water softener to the proper settings and took the time to write down the settings for me to use if they reset.
